How long does my order take to make?
As each order is handmade to order, making time varies.
The making process with start the day after your order has been received.

How long until you post my order?
I aim to dispatch each order as soon as it is complete.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 days, if there is any reason for this to be delayed, you will be contacted.
You may receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

How will my order be sent to me?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail.
You can choose from standard postage which will be dispatched as either 1st or 2nd Class with proof of Postage or Special Next Day Delivery which is tracked.
You can see the prices for these at the check out before you confirm your purchase. 

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail until it leaves the UK, then it will be passed over to your local postal service to continue its journey to you.
You can choose from either Standard International with Proof of Postage or International Tracked and Signed.

Proof of Postage
All orders are processed under a Royal Mail Drop & Go account with proof of postage which can be supplied to you upon request.
Proof of postage is stored for 3 months until destroyed. 

Sometimes there are delays within the Royal Mail, please let me know if you haven't received your order so I can look into this with Royal Mail.

Lost Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in the post and will not arrive to you, a full investigation will be opened with the Royal Mail.
Response times from RM can sometimes take up to 30 days, and no action from my side will be taken until I have received Royal Mails response.
Once RM's response has been received, we can then take action with what we will do with your order.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I have a refund or exchange?

Yes, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the items within 14 days, in the original condition and packaging along with proof of postage from your Post Office.

Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and will not be refunded for original postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What can I not get a refund on?
Any items that have been customised specifically for you and can not be resold,
e.g. items you have chosen to have names or specific sentences on.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed the same way you paid (either Paypal or Stripe) once I have received the items.

What if my item is faulty?
Please contact me if you believe your item is faulty, we will then again the next steps.

When we ask for your information in any way, we only use this information in compliance with this policy.
All your personal information held with us is in line with the Data protection act 2020.

Do you sell to wholesale?
I have had the opportunity to sell to some amazing brands for wholesale!
Please contact me if you would like to buy my items in bulk.

What will my order come packed in?
Each order is packaged in a way to make them safe for shipping and to look nice when you receive it!
If you have ordered just stickers or prints (anything flat like a piece of paper), your item will come in either a clear plastic wallet or a decorative paper bag.
If you have ordered anything thicker than a piece of paper, your order will come in a large letter PIP box (that will fit through a standard UK post box) filled with shredded tissue paper with each item either in a clear plastic wallet, decorative paper bag, product backing card or organza bag (depending on which item you order but this information is started on each individual product listing)
Every order also comes with a MBGM business card which doubles up as a mini print!

How do I know how to use my item or how to care for it?
Care instructions and/or 'how to use' instructions are normally listed on each individual listing. Some items will come with their own care or info instruction card e.g. clothing, vinyl, scratch off items, etc.

What is the sizing of your products?
You can find the approximate sizing on every listing for each individual item.
